Fighting for a Fairer Workplace

Specialist Employment Lawyers

People spend over a third of their lives at work, so when it goes wrong it can be an emotional and painful experience for everyone involved.

At Atkinson Rose, we aim to reduce the impact of employment issues by ensuring everyone is treated fairly and by protecting them from difficult employment situations.

What our client's say

When our client Amanda took her former employer to court for sexual harassment, the case was picked up by the mainstream press. We wanted to give Amanda the opportunity to tell her story, in her own words.

DO I HAVE A CASE?

Everyone deserves a fair chance at work.

That’s why we offer a free legal assessment of your employment concern with a qualified lawyer – with no obligation.

Your lawyer will listen carefully to understand your situation and advise you of the best approach.

And if you want to take your case forward, we are often able to offer a no win no fee option.

Our typical fee is 35% inclusive of VAT which is calculated on the basis of all aspects of the settlement you receive. Barrister's fees may also be payable, but only if you're successful. If you cancel outside of the 14 day cooling off period then we may charge a fee based on our hourly rate of £125-£450 or 35% of the last offer of settlement that was made.

When I thought I had hit a brick wall and wouldn’t find anyone who would be willing to represent me no win no fee; Atkinson Rose LLP came through. My experience with them has given me hope and affirmation that there is always someone out there who is willing to help and support you.

Atkinson Rose LLP are a claims management company who only deal in employment matters.

We have extensive experience representing both employees or employers across the UK, which means we understand the viewpoint from both sides of each case.

This allows us to tailor our approach for each of our clients, to ensure and negotiate the best outcome for them.
