EVERYONE HAS THE RIGHT TO BE TREATED FAIRLY AT WORK

Most people invest a great deal of personal emotion and effort into their job, so when things go wrong, we understand that the impact often goes way beyond the workplace, affecting people in all areas of their life.

Everyone has rights at work and at Atkinson Rose our aim is to protect those rights, helping people when they don’t know where else to turn. It isn’t the end of the line even if ACAS or Trade Unions can’t help, and we have a track record of finding alternative solutions to protect employees from exploitation at work.

Representing your best interests

No two cases are ever the same, so you will have a personally assigned lawyer who will tailor the best approach for your own situation.  He or she will look after your case from start to finish - including at tribunal so you can be reassured that someone is looking after your personal interests every step of the way.

When can we help?

Whether you are currently experiencing difficulties, feel that you have been unfairly dismissed, or maybe feel you had no choice but to resign, we will look for ways to win fair settlements or enforce your rights in the tribunal and to reduce the pain of your situation so that you can get on with your life.

To see some some examples of how we have been able to help people, see our Recent Cases & Testimonials page.

We provide advice for people experiencing difficulties at work or those who have left. We seek alternative solutions and to settle outside of a tribunal where possible to reduce time and stress. If your case does go to tribunal, we will have a Barrister to represent you.

In Employment

If you are unhappy about how you were dismissed or if you resigned because you felt you had no choice, we can enforce your rights post employment.

Post Employment

If you are employed part time or have been employed less than 2 years, you still have rights at work – even if you have no contract in place.

Full-time, part-time, or less than 2 years

NO WIN
NO FEE*

We are often able to operate on a no win no fee basis.*

Alternatively, we can charge nominal fixed fees, so you have peace of mind that you will not be subjected to costs that spiral out of control.

We want to help as many people as possible to avoid being exploited at work, so always talk to us first, because we can be very flexible in how we work and charge.

Speak with a Lawyer

This was a very stressful time for me. I really appreciated Amit understanding my ‘out of my comfort zone feelings’. He took control and negotiated a settlement without me having to keep reliving the whole ordeal.
