Settlement agreements outline the terms under which an employer and an employee agree to terminate the employment relationship or resolve a dispute. It’s a legal requirement that you get independent legal advice before signing an agreement.

Whether you need to sign off quickly, or want to negotiate further our helpful team of solicitors and HR specialists are here to provide expert legal advice and support to ensure you achieve the best possible outcome.

Get in touch and we’ll call you back within one working day. In most cases, we can sign existing settlement agreements on the same day.

Employers will usually cover the legal fees.
